Make an international order on Zozotown
Like most Japanese e-commerce sites, Zozotown does not offer international delivery by default. If you live abroad, you will need to use a proxy purchase service, such as Japan Rabbit, to receive your clothes at home.
Domestic shipping costs in Japan
Shipping costs to Japan are offered for all orders over 3000 yen. If the value of your cart is less than this amount, remember that Japan Rabbit, or any other proxy buyer, will add these charges to your final bill.
How to order from Zozotown: a step-by-step guide
We propose to accompany you with a guide where we show you how to buy on Zozotown using Japan Rabbit.
Step 1: Go to Zozo.jp
The Zozotown website can be found at zozo.jp.
The site design is quite classic. Some products are highlighted on the central part of the page. The right sidebar contains different promotional messages. The left sidebar groups several sections, including:
- 探す (Sagasu): Search. Allows you to access directories that list pages of the site that meet certain criteria.
- カテゴリー (Kategori): List all the product categories.
- ブランド (Burando): Offers a ranking of the most popular brands on the site.
- ショップ (Shoppu): Rank shops by popularity.
You can use these menus to navigate the site or search on the search bar to the right of the Zozotown logo.
Step 2: Search for items
Whether you choose one of the side menus or the search bar, you will come to a page that will list products matching the criteria you have chosen. You will find the number of products available under the name "対象商品".
The left sidebar allows you to refine your search:
- 性別 (Seibetsu): Allows you to define whether you want to see clothes for men, women, or children.
- 価格タイプ (Kakaku taipu): Allows you to choose the "price type". Namely, you can choose to see only products on sale, for example.
- カテゴリ (Kategori): To choose the product category.
- こだわり条件 (Kodawari Joken): Allows you to filter the products according to their wear.
You can also choose one of the three tabs located above the list of products:
- 新品 (Shinpin): New products.
- 古 着 (Furugi): Used clothes.
- コーデ (Kode): Photos showing you how you can wear certain products in an outfit.
Click on the products you want to buy. Then check if the product matches what you are looking for. If so, continue to the next step.
Step 3: Copy product links
Once you have found a product you want to buy on Zozotown, copy the URL of the page. To do this, you will need to have the product page in front of you. Move the mouse cursor to the address bar, and then click Ctrl+A to select the entire URL. Press Ctrl+C to copy it. Now go to the Japan Rabbit app. Place your mouse on the "Product Link" field, then press Ctrl+V to paste the address of the product page. From there, you will only have to click on "Next". Repeat the action as many times as there are products to buy.
Step 4: Consolidate and repack
You will receive an email from us when your package is in the Japan Rabbit office. From that moment, we can consolidate several of your parcels together or repack the package if it is too big or fragile.
Step 5: Choose your shipping method
Once your final package is ready, you will be able to choose your shipping method between EMS, FedEx, International epacket, SAL, Airmail, and Seamail. After making this choice, all you have to do is wait until the delivery man drops the parcel at your place.
